Do you need water or power?

We carry our own water and power so it's not necessary. We can come anywhere you can park your car!

How long does it take?

A detail or paint correction service can vary vastly based on size and condition for the vehicle. We will give you a time estimate before starting the job to make sure none of your plans get overlapped. A typical detail takes between 3.5-5 hours and a typical paint correction takes between 6-8 hours.

How can I pay?

We accept payments in cash, card, and Venmo so whatever is most convenient for you.

Where do I take my car?

Wherever you would like your detail done is fine with us! We are completely mobile and can perform details at home, work, the park.. You get the idea!

Can you clean another car while you're here?

Absolutely! When scheduling your details, if you want to add an additional vehicle we will give you 10% off your second car and we can do it at the same time while we are there. (Note: this will increase the length of our visit)

When can't you remove a scratch?

Many scratches and swirls are removable or at least improvable. Scratches beyond our polishing out are those that are past the clear coat or paint. These scratches need to be touched up or repainted. Some clear coats are in bad shape and we will advise when necessary against polishing to help you maintain your car's clear coat integrity as best as possible.

Will all stains come out?

Stain removal can vary based on what the stain is and how long it has been set. The majority of staining we run into are removable but on occasion some stains are not, we are completely transparent on whether we were able to remove a stain or not.

Do I need to do anything to my car before hand?

While it isn't necessary to do anything to your car before your detail, removing personal items from the car (glovebox, center console, seat pockets etc.) can be extremely helpful. Any items we find that are in the car we will set aside safely in bags for you. Trash can be left in the vehicle. We will take care of it.

Can I tip?

Tips are not required, but if you felt our team did a great job you are welcome to tip and it will be split between the crew on the job.

What areas do you travel to?

We travel anywhere within the St. George, Washington, and Hurricane area for free! Beyond the local area we will still come to you, but we charge .95/total miles traveled to cover the cost of gas and employees.

Do I need to be at the appointment the whole time?

For the majority of appointments it is not necessary to be there, but it is suggested you are there for the initial and final walkthroughs to make sure we can give you the best service possible.

Do you have a guarantee?

We do! We offer a satisfaction guarantee. It is rare, but If for any reason you are not satisfied with your detail let us know and we will come back at our next availability to fix anything we may have missed until you are satisfied with your package. Please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

How do I care for my ceramic coated car?

Ceramic coating makes caring for your car easier than ever! Simply wash your car using normal safe methods and dry! No need for traditional or spray waxes to be applied either because of it's protective and semi permanent properties! You can use a wax, spray sealant, or detail spray to increase gloss if you wish. We recommend washing your car regularly to ensure rain, dirt, or bugs aren't sitting on your car for longer than necessary.
